Husband Cohabitating

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any much more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.

Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.

We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
